Registration closes — After the deadline, no more sign-ups are accepted.
First draw — around 24 hours after registration closes, winners are randomly drawn. Everyone gets an email — whether you won or not.
Confirm your spot — If you won, you have about 24 hours to confirm (until the second draw). If you don't confirm in time, your spot goes to someone else.
Waitlist — After the first draw, the waitlist opens. If you weren't selected or missed registration, you can join the waitlist for a chance in the second draw.
Second draw — Unclaimed and unconfirmed spots are freed up and re-drawn from the waitlist. Winners are notified and need to confirm within 3 hours. After the second draw the waitlist closes.
Get your ticket — Once confirmed, your ticket with a QR code appears in the Tickets section. Show it at the door.

When some first-draw winners don't confirm their spots in time, those spots are freed up. A second draw then picks new winners from the waitlist.
The waitlist is solo only — no crew registrations. Your reliability score still applies, so showing up to past events helps your chances.
A crew is a group of up to 4 people. When a crew signs up for an event, everyone in the crew enters the draw together.
If the crew wins, everyone gets a ticket. If not, nobody does. No splitting up — you're in it together.
Each crew member still has to confirm their own spot individually after winning.
The draw is random, but your reliability score influences your chances slightly.
If you've confirmed spots and actually showed up in the past, your chances go up a bit. If you've confirmed but didn't show up, your chances go down.
This keeps things fair for people who actually attend. First-time users start with a neutral score — everyone gets a fair shot.
If you won but can't come, decline your spot as soon as possible. Your spot will go to someone else in the next draw round. Declining has a small effect on your score, but way less than not showing up.
If you confirm and then don't show up, your reliability score drops significantly. This means lower chances in future draws.
Bottom line: only confirm if you're actually coming. If something comes up, decline — don't ghost.
You can only have one registration per event. If you sign up solo and your crew registers after, you'll automatically be moved to the crew entry.
If you're in multiple crews and both register, you stay with whichever crew signed up first.
